These arches, facing away from it, stood quietly in the shade while visitors walked past without a second glance. There was something about them the intricate carvings, the city of Jodhpur framed beneath them, all of it waiting without any urgency to be seen. I felt I owed them a moment.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlack and white felt like the only honest choice. Not for drama, but because colour would have been a distraction.
