You don't need to know art to make art.
A 2-hour intimate mindfulness workshop for 6 to 8 people. All supplies provided.
This is not an art class.
One Quiet Practice began as something private, a practice I found on my own, on evenings when my mind felt too loud to hold a single thought straight. It became something I returned to, again and again, until it turned into a habit... not really about the art, but about slowing down enough to hear myself again.
There's something about the simple, repetitive act of watercolour that switches off the noise. A few minutes in, your hand starts moving before your mind decides where, and that's the whole practice.
No prior experience. No sample to replicate. No competition, no perfection... just paint, paper, and enough quiet to let them lead. Every session opens with a short breathing exercise and a simple watercolour demonstration. The rest is yours.
This is for anyone who's ever felt they're "not good at art," or who's tried everything to quiet their mind and still feels blocked.
Painted by people who had never held a brush before.
Paint with me.
For friends, colleagues, or a celebration, I'd love to hear from you.
