Refund policy

Since everything is handmade, Commissioned pieces, Originals, Art prints and Photo Art Prints, Mini Prints and Lifestyle Products are not eligible for return/exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition immediately. We can only accept the return of a damaged product within 3 days of delivery.

In case you receive a damaged product, we have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Email us your order number and a photo of the item’s condition immediately.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@artbysamsara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on pick-up/courier of your package.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exchanges:
Since everything is handmade, commissioned pieces originals, art prints, photo art prints, mini prints and lifestyle products are not eligible for exchange or return. Only damaged items can be returned/exchanged within 3 days with proof of damage. Kindly email us for any return query at  contact@artbysamsara.com.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
