Artwork Usage and Licensing

1. Copyright

  • All artwork, photography, and designs on this website are original creations by Samsara and are protected by copyright laws.
  • All rights are reserved. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Personal Use

  • Purchased artwork prints and products are for personal use only.
  • Customers may display purchased artwork in their home or office.
  • Resale or reproduction of purchased artwork is not permitted.

3. Product Descriptions

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
  • We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

Purchase and Shipping

1. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change.
  • All prices include applicable taxes.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in some cases.
  • Products are usually delivered within 7–10 days. Delays may occur, and you will be informed.
  • International shipping incurs additional customs fees and longer delivery timelines.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Since everything is handmade, commissioned pieces, originals, art prints, photo art prints and mini prints are not eligible for exchange or return. Only damaged items can be returned/exchanged within 3 days with proof of damage.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible contact@artbysamsara.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 3 days. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
