There was a period where I was simply obsessed with Schmincke's Indigo. I painted with it every day, drawn to its depth in a way I could not entirely explain.
One day, just before wrapping up, I found a blank square piece of paper. My eyes went straight to the palette. Indigo sitting there. I wet the brush, touched it to the paint, sprayed some water on the paper, and sketched a flower. An abstract, lone poppy appeared. So I named it Blues, like the feeling.
This limited edition print is reproduced on archival paper, faithful to every shade of the original.
A quiet reminder that solitude can be powerful and beautiful too.
One of only 25. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Limited to 25 so it remains rare, considered, and genuinely collectible.
